Usage data: approximate device and interaction data (such as the pages you visit within the app) used to improve the service.

To provide nutrition tracking, analysis, and personalized recommendations.
To calculate and adjust your daily calorie and macro targets.
To send you service-related emails such as meal reminders and target-adjustment notifications when you have opted into them.
To maintain, secure, and improve the app and its features.

Food names, photos, and barcodes you submit may be processed by AI models and external lookup services (such as Open Food Facts) to generate nutrition estimates, quality scores, and research notes.
These providers process data solely to return results for your request and are bound by their own privacy and security practices.

We do not sell your personal information.
Your food logs and profile are visible only to you; administrators may access records only to operate, secure, or support the service.
We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NutriGuide and its users.

Your food logs and profile remain stored for as long as your account is active.
You may delete individual entries or request account deletion at any time from your Profile page; deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

You may access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided through the app.
You may withdraw from optional emails by ignoring reminder settings or contacting us.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Nutra-Viva is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
